Rights Entitlements listing in April 2025 - Bio Green Papers Ltd

When a company needs to raise money, it can do a rights issue, offering new shares to its existing shareholders. As part of a rights issue, eligible shareholders are allotted Rights Entitlements (REs) in their demat accounts under a separate ISIN created by the company. These REs are not actual shares but give shareholders the option to apply for rights shares.
