List of Companies Announcing Dividends – Record Date & Ex-Date
Investors looking to earn dividends must keep track of the record date and ex-date announced by listed companies. The record date is the cut-off day decided by the company to identify eligible shareholders for dividend payments. If you own the company’s shares on or before this date, you will receive the dividend.
The ex-date is usually set one trading day before the record date. To be eligible, you must buy the shares before the ex-date; purchases made on or after the ex-date will not qualify for dividends.
Many companies across sectors—such as banking, IT, FMCG, and manufacturing—announce interim, final, or special dividends throughout the year. Keeping track of these dates helps investors plan their trades and maximize income from their portfolio.
Below is a regularly updated list of companies with their latest dividend announcements, record dates, and ex-dates for August 2025 and beyond. This list is based on official exchange filings and company announcements to ensure accuracy.
Staying informed about dividend schedules is key to making smarter investment decisions and capturing timely opportunities in the stock market.
