All open intraday positions are automatically squared off by our system as per the timelines below:

Important Notes

  • Cover Orders (CO) are available only for NSE equity trades.

  • Intraday leverage on MIS/CO orders may be reduced or withdrawn during the day based on market volatility, as decided by our Risk Management team.

  • Auto square-off timings may also change during volatile market conditions. Any updates will be reflected here.

  • Lower leverage or restrictions on CO during high-volatility periods are implemented to help manage risk and protect traders.

IRFC OFS Opens for Retail on Feb 26 at ₹104 Floor Price

The government has set a floor price of ₹104 per share for the IRFC offer for sale (OFS), with retail bidding opening on February 26, 2026, following non-retail participation on February 25. The Centre plans to divest up to a 4% stake in Indian Railway Finance Corporation, potentially raising around ₹5,430 crore at the indicated price. Meanwhile, IRFC shares slipped to a two-year low of ₹104.52 on the NSE.
