FOCUS BUSINESS SOLUTION LIMITED has announced a bonus issue of equity shares and fixed July 21, 2025 as the Record Date to determine eligible shareholders. Investors holding shares on this date will be entitled to receive bonus shares in the prescribed ratio.

📝 As per the company, 26,72,231 bonus equity shares will be allotted on Tuesday, July 22, 2025.
