Rights Entitlements listing in June 2025 - Unison Metals Limited

When a company needs to raise money, it can do a rights issue, offering new shares to its existing shareholders. As part of a rights issue, eligible shareholders are allotted Rights Entitlements (REs) in their demat accounts under a separate ISIN created by the company. These REs are not actual shares but give shareholders the option to apply for rights shares. They exist as temporary securities and will expire if not exercised or sold within the specified timeframe.
