Extension of Rights Issue Closing Date - Deep Diamond India Ltd

This is to inform investors and market participants that DEEP DIAMOND INDIA LIMITED has announced an extension in the timelines of its ongoing Rights Issue.

 

As per the revised schedule communicated by BSE on September 12, 2025, the closing date of the Rights Issue has been extended from Friday, September 19, 2025, to Wednesday, September 24, 2025. This extension is aimed at providing additional time to eligible shareholders to subscribe to the issue and complete necessary formalities.

 

Additionally, the last date for On-Market Renunciation of Rights Entitlements has also been revised. Earlier scheduled to close on Monday, September 15, 2025, the new deadline for renunciation is Thursday, September 18, 2025. Investors intending to transfer their Rights Entitlements through the stock exchange mechanism are requested to take note of this revised date. 

 

The revised timelines are as follows: 

 

  • Issue Opening Date: Wednesday, June 25, 2025
  • Last Date for On-Market Renunciation: Thursday, September 18, 2025
  • Issue Closing Date: Wednesday, September 24, 2025 

 

Investors are advised to carefully review the revised schedule and ensure timely action in accordance with the new dates. All other terms and conditions of the Rights Issue remain unchanged.
