The government has set a floor price of ₹104 per share for the IRFC offer for sale (OFS), with retail bidding opening on February 26, 2026, following non-retail participation on February 25. The Centre plans to divest up to a 4% stake in Indian Railway Finance Corporation, potentially raising around ₹5,430 crore at the indicated price.
