Bonus Issue of Patanjali Foods Limited

Patanjali Foods Limited (BSE/NSE Code: 500368 / 100368), one of India’s leading FMCG and food companies, has announced 11 September 2025 as the record date for its upcoming bonus issue of equity shares.

 

According to the company’s filing with the stock exchanges, existing shareholders will receive 2 bonus equity shares of ₹2 face value for every 1 share held as on the record date. This 2:1 bonus ratio effectively triples the number of shares held by eligible investors, without any additional payment. 

 

The company confirmed that the stock will trade ex-bonus from 11 September 2025 (Settlement No. DR-713/2025-2026). A total of 72,52,18,830 new equity shares will be allotted under this corporate action.
