We wish to inform you about the revised list of approved securities and empaneled banks for the month of July 2025, released by NSE Clearing Limited. 

 

 1. Currency Derivatives Segment (CD) 


As per Circular No. 016/2025 (Download Ref No: NCL/CD/68097 dated May 20, 2025), the approved list includes:

 

  • Equity shares, Sovereign Gold Bonds, GOI Securities, T-Bills
  • Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs)
  • Open-ended Mutual Funds
  • List of empaneled banks for BGs and FDRs

 

πŸ‘‰ G-Sec/T-Bills will have a 2-day shut period before maturity. 
πŸ‘‰ Banks must not use G-Sec collateral for SLR or trading purposes.

2. Futures & Options Segment (F&O) 
 

As per Circular No. 054/2025 (Download Ref No: NCL/CMPT/68101 dated May 20, 2025), the approved list includes:

 

  • Equity shares, Corporate Bonds, SGBs, GOI Securities, T-Bills
  • Exchange Traded Funds (cash & non-cash components)
  • Open-ended Mutual Funds
  • Empaneled banks for issuance of BGs and FDRs

πŸ‘‰ G-Sec/T-Bills must be released two days before maturity.

IRFC OFS Opens for Retail on Feb 26 at β‚Ή104 Floor Price

The government has set a floor price of β‚Ή104 per share for the IRFC offer for sale (OFS), with retail bidding opening on February 26, 2026, following non-retail participation on February 25. The Centre plans to divest up to a 4% stake in Indian Railway Finance Corporation, potentially raising around β‚Ή5,430 crore at the indicated price. Meanwhile, IRFC shares slipped to a two-year low of β‚Ή104.52 on the NSE.
