Recommendation to the shareholders, final dividend of INR. 01 per equity share of INR. 10/- each (10%), to the members, for the financial year ended 31st March 2026. The proposal to fix the Record Date as Friday, 17th July 2026, for taking record of the members of the Company for the purpose of payment of final dividend, if approved by the members pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations.
