In continuation of our letter dated April 18, 2025, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, has inter alia: i. approved the Audited Financial Statements (Consolidated and Standalone) for the financial year ended March 31, 2025 and the Audited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2025, as recommended by the Audit Committee; ii. approved raising of funds through issuance of listed, secured / unsecured, redeemable non-convertible debentures up to Rs. 25,000 crore (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Crore only), in one or more tranches, on private placement basis; and iii. recommended a dividend of Rs. 5.50 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
