The Company acquired a Ship Breaking Plot in the year 2007 and to reflect the
business of the Company the name was changed to 'VMS Industries Private Limited' on May 22, 2007
The Constitution of the Company was changed to Public limited Company with effect from January 29, 2010 and consequently the name was changed to 'VMS Industries Limited'
VMS Industries Ltd is an ISO 9001:2008, ISO14001:2004, ISO 30000-2009 & OHSAS18001:2007 certified company for the Ship Recycling and Offshore Business
The company business mainly consists of two business segments, namely Ship Recycling Activities and Offshore business activities & supporting services
They are carrying their ship-recycling activities at Sosiya Ship Breaking Yard, Gujarat
The company was established with the object of carrying on the business of providing different kinds of consulting and information technology services
During year 1992-1994, the company was engaged in computerization of land revenue records of Bhavnagar Municipal Corporation

Interim 1 Dividend (₹0.5)

Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015,we hereby wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Wednesday, July 03, 2024, had inter alia, considered and declared the first Interim Dividend at the rate of Rs. 0.50/- (Fifty paisa Only) i.e. 5% per Equity Share bearing face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2024-25. The Interim Dividend will be paid on or before August 02, 2024. Record Date for First Interim Dividend has been revised and fixed as Saturday, July 13, 2024 to determine list of eligible shareholders for payment of Dividend Record date for payment of first Interim Dividend declared at Re. 0.50/- (5%) has been revised and fixed as Saturday July 13, 2024 to determine list of eligible members for the payment of Interim Dividend.
