This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today i.e., May 18, 2023, which commenced at 6:30 p.m. and concluded at 7:20 p.m. has considered and approved the following items: 1. the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and the financial year ended 31st March, 2023, along with audit report of the statutory auditor. The Financial Results along with the declaration that Auditor's Report on the results is with unmodified opinion is annexed as 'Annexure -A' 2. Board has recommended final dividend at the rate of 5 (Five) paise per Equity Share of face value of Re. 1/- each for the year ended 31st March, 2023 subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. Record date for the entitlement of Dividend, and date & timings for ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company shall be intimated in due course of time. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 it is hereby informed that Record Date has been fixed on Friday, September 15, 2023 for the purpose of ascertaining the entitlement of the Members to the final dividend for financial year 2022-23, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing AGM.
