- The luxury hospitality assets comprise JW Marriott, Pune, The Ritz-Carlton, Pune, Conrad, Maldives, Anantara, Maldives and Raaya by Atmosphere, Maldives
- The Company started operations of ICC Offices at Pune in year 2005
