The Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 14/- Further, marking Thermaxs 60th anniversary milestone, the Board has declared a special dividend of Rs. 6/- per share, reaffirming its continued commitment to creating stakeholder value. The aggregate dividend of Rs. 20/- per equity share of face value Rs. 2/- each (1000%) for the financial year 2025-26 will be paid subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 45th Annual General Meeting of the Company. The record date for payment of dividend is fixed as Friday, July 3, 2026.
