Tembo Global Industries Limited has submitted to the Exchange, the financial results for the period ended December 31, 2024. The Board of Directors declared an interim dividend of Rs. 1 /- (Rupees One only) (10%) per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each for the Financial Year 2024- 25. The interim dividend will be paid within 30 (thirty) days from the date of the declaration Record Date Friday, February 14, 2025 Record Date for determining entitlement of the shareholders to Interim dividend for the financial year 2024-25.
