The Board of Directors of the Bank have recommended the payment of Final Dividend of 12.50/- per equity share of the face value 10/- each (125%) for the Financial Year 2025-26, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bank. The AGM date and the Record date for the purpose of the payment of Final Dividend will be announced in due course. The proposed Dividend, if approved by the members at the AGM, will be paid on or before August 13, 2026, to those shareholders, whose name appears on the Register of Members / Beneficial Owners as furnished by NSDL / CDSL as on the Record date i.e., Friday, June 12, 2026.
