Declared Third Interim Dividend for FY 2025-26 @ Rs. 0.45 per equity share of Re. 1/- each (i.e. 45%) which will be paid within 30 days of the date of declaration i.e. on or before 1st March, 2026

Declared Second Interim Dividend for FY 2025-26 @ Rs. 0.36 per equity share of Re. 1/- each (i.e. 36%) which will be paid within 30 days of the date of declaration i.e. on or before 30th November, 2025. The Board has fixed 11.11.2025 as the Record Date for the purpose of Second Interim Dividend for FY 2025-26. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated On : 31.10.2025)
