- Company has filed a Draft Red Herring Prospectus with SEBI and is planning to raise funds via its IPO aggregating to Rs 500 crore equity shares of Rs 10 each, comprising a fresh issue of Rs 300 crore and the offer for sale of Rs 200 crore
