- Subsequently, Company was converted into public company and name of the Company was thereafter changed from Siemens Engineering & Manufacturing Company of India Limited to Siemens India Limited on October 23, 1967 and thereafter to Siemens Limited on 31 March, 1987

- In year 1970, Siemens-Reiniger-Werke AG and Siemens-Schuckertwerke AG were merged with Siemens AG
