We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. November 02, 2021 have inter alia, considered and approved the following: Declared the first Interim Dividend of Rs.1.50 (Rupee One and Fifty Paise Only) (15%) per equity share of the Company of the face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupee Ten only) each for the Financial Year 2021-2022. The Interim Dividend shall be paid on or before December 01, 2021 to the Equity Shareholders of the Company, whose names appear on the Registrar of Members of the Company or in the record of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Monday, November 15, 2021 which is the record date fixed for this purpose.
