Prince Pipes and Fittings Limited (PPFL) was incorporated as a private Company as 'Prince Pipes and Fittings Private Limited' on November 13, 1987, in Mumbai, Maharashtra
Thereafter, the Company got converted into a public Limited and the name of the Company was changed to 'Prince Pipes and Fittings Limited' on August 11, 2017
The Company is recognized as India's largest integrated piping solutions providers based in Mumbai
The Company markets its products under two brand names: Prince Piping Systems; and Trubore Piping Systems
Due to its comprehensive product range, the Company positioned as an end-to-end polymer piping systems solution provider
The Company is presently engaged in the manufacturing of polymer piping solutions in five types of polymers, such as CPVC, UPVC, HDPE, PPR and LLDP
In 2019-20, the Company launched its initial public offering of equity shares by issuing 28,089,885 Equity shares of Rs

Final Dividend (₹1)

Final Dividend for the Financial year 2023-24. Recommended a final dividend @ 10% i.e. Rs. 1.0/- (Rupees One Only) per equity share of the Company of the face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupee Ten Only) each for the financial year ended March 31, 2024, subject to approval of members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting {AGM) of the Company. The Dividend shall be paid to the shareholders within 30 days of its declaration by the shareholders at the ensuing AGM. We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. November 02, 2021 have inter alia, considered and approved the following: Declared the first Interim Dividend of Rs.1.50 (Rupee One and Fifty Paise Only) (15%) per equity share of the Company of the face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupee Ten only) each for the Financial Year 2021-2022. The Interim Dividend shall be paid on or before December 01, 2021 to the Equity Shareholders of the Company, whose names appear on the Registrar of Members of the Company or in the record of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Monday, November 15, 2021 which is the record date fixed for this purpose.
