Recommended a Final Dividend of ? 6.50/- per share (325%) of face value of ? 2/- each for the financial year ended 31 March 2025 (previous year final dividend of ? 6/- per share (300%)) subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming 66th Annual General Meeting. The Company has fixed Wednesday, 23 July 2025 as the record date for determining the entitlement of members to the final dividend for the financial year ended 2024-25 and for the purpose of AGM.
