The Board of Directors (''Board'') of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited has at their meeting, which commenced at 13.52 p.m. IST and concluded at 15.49 p.m. IST on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, inter alia, approved the following: Recommendation of final dividend of Rs. 0.85 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each, to the shareholders of the Company which shall be subject to the shareholders' approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Friday, June 13, 2025, to Friday, June 27, 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of determining the eligibility of shareholders to receive the final dividend of ? 0.85 per equity share of face value of ? 10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
