- Through strong market position in off highway tyre manufacturing industry, the manufacturing unit is made operational in Tiruvallur District of Tamil Nadu, with installed production capacity of 7040 MT of tyres, tubes and wheels
- The Company is engaged in the Business of Manufacturing, Supplying and Services for a comprehensive range of tyres for material handling applications like forklifts, skid loaders, ground support equipment of Airports, Port trailers, agri implements, lawn and garden mowers, mining equipment, aerial work platform trucks, backhoe loaders etc
- In 2017, Emrald Rims Private Limited (ERPL) and Mosq Industrial Rubber Products Private Limited (MOSQ) amalgamated with the Company, with effect from January 11, 2017 approving the Scheme of Amalgamation and thereafter, Company allotted 22,79,574 equity shares on 27 January 2017
- Company came up with initial public offering aggregating an issuance of 51,85,200 equity shares of Rs 10 each, by raising Rs 49
- 26 Cr comprising a fresh issue of 49,86,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs 47
