- Divine Power Energy Limited (DPEL) was initially incorporated on August 24, 2001, as PDRV Enterprises Private Limited', a Private Limited Company with the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana
- The Company's name was changed from PDRV Enterprises Private Limited' to Dee Power and Electricals Private Limited' dated May 11, 2023
- Again, the name was changed from Dee Power and Electricals Private Limited' to Divine Power Energy Private Limited' dated July 11, 2023
- Subsequently, Company got converted from a Private Company to Public Company dated August 03, 2023 attaining the name of the Company to Divine Power Energy Limited'
- The Company made a fresh issue of 56,88,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each by raising Rs 22
- 76 crore by way of IPO on June 28, 2024
- The Company is a manufacturer of insulated wire, cable wire, cable and other insulated conductors at Sahibabad (Uttar Pradesh)
- Company mainly sells winding wires to the power distribution companies and transformer manufacturers
- Initially, Company started trading in super enamelled wires and strips to customer demand and remain competitive
- It started manufacturing wires / strips covered with fiberglass used in manufacturing electromagnetic coils, like the one used in lifting magnets which are used to lift heavy objects like containers, machinery etc
