The Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. April 27, 2026 has recommended the final dividend of Rs. 2.50 per equity share for FY 2026. The Company has fixed Thursday, July 16, 2026 as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of determining the Shareholders eligible to receive dividend for the financial year 2025-26. In accordance with the provisions of Regulation 30 and all other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('the Listing Regulations'), we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors ('the Board') of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, inter alia, approved the payment of interim dividend of 1.50 per equity share of (i.e. 15% of the face value of 10/- per equity share) of the Company to the shareholders of the Company, whose names shall appear in the Company''s Register of Members as at the close of business hours on the record date i.e. December 22, 2025 as well as to those beneficial holders, who are registered in the records of Depositories as at the close of business hours on the record date.
