- In December 2018, it launched Four Points by Sheraton Kochi Infopark' in Kochi, Kerala with 218 rooms; launched Grand Mercure Ahmedabad GIFT City' operations with 151 rooms in GIFT City, Gujarat in December, 2019; commenced operations at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bengaluru OMR' with 129 rooms in Bengaluru, Karnataka in August, 2020 and has made operational the ibis Styles Mysuru' Hotel with 130 keys at Mysuru, Karnataka in 2024
