Recommendation of dividend of ?24/- per equity share of ?5/- each of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). The dividend, if approved by the shareholders, will be paid within thirty days from the conclusion of AGM. Record date for the purpose of determining Shareholders eligible to receive dividend, shall be intimated separately. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Wednesday, July 23, 2025, as the record date for determining the shareholders eligible to receive the dividend and for the purpose of the AGM. The dividend, if approved by the Shareholders at the AGM, will be paid within 30 days of the AGM. (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 30/06/2025)

We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e., Thursday, April 27, 2023, have inter-alia, considered, approved and noted the following: Recommendation of final dividend of 5.25 per equity share of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2023, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM'). If approved by the shareholders, the final dividend shall be paid within thirty days from the conclusion of AGM. Record date for the purpose of determining shareholders eligible to receive dividend, shall be intimated in due course of time. We are please to inform that the 29th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Friday, 11th August, 2023 through Video Conference/ Other Audio Visual Means. In terms of Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) regulations 2015, the record date for determining the Shareholders eligible to receive the final dividend, subject to the shareholder''s approval at the ensuing AGM will be Friday, 4th August, 2023. In compliance with the Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. Thursday, March 16, 2023 have inter-alia, considered and approved, the payment of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2022-23 at a rate of 5 per equity share of face value of 5 each. As already intimated to the Stock exchanges vide our letter dated March 10, 2023, the record date for the purpose of ascertaining eligibility of shareholders for the payment of the Interim Dividend is Friday, March 24, 2023. The Interim Dividend shall be paid to the eligible shareholders on or before April 10, 2023. The Board meeting commenced at 12 noon and concluded at 1.52 p.m.
