- The business includes E-Governance services, IT/ITES System Integration services, B2B Trading business and IT/ITES equipment trading activities
- In 2022-23, the E-Governance & IT /ITES Business of Vakrangee Ltd was demerged/ transferred with and into the Company as a going concern basis through Scheme of Arrangement and the demerger became effective from May 26, 2023
- 10,59,51,329 Equity Shares were listed with effect from August 14, 2023
