In continuation to our letter dated 20th January, 2023, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today at 1:45 p.m. and concluded at 3:25 p.m. declared 2nd Interim Dividend of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two) per equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each for the Financial Year 2022-23 (100%). The 2nd Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2022-23 shall be paid on or after 14th February, 2023. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board has fixed Thursday, 2nd February, 2023 as the 'record date' for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of 2nd Interim Dividend.
