Recommendation of final dividend on Equity Shares at the rate of Re. 1/- per Equity Share of the face value of Rs. 2 each (50%) for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2026, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company. The Company had earlier paid an interim dividend of Rs. 9/- per Equity Share (450%) during the previous quarter, thereby making a total dividend for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2026 of Rs. 10/- per Equity Share (500%). Record Date for declaration of final dividend for financial year 2026 (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on:25.06.2026)

Declared First Interim Dividend of Rs. 9/- (Rupees Nine only) per equity share of the face value of Rs. 2/- (Rupees two only) each for FY26, payable to the shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company or in the Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by the Depositories, as on the Record Date fixed for the purpose i.e. February 10, 2026.

Outcome of Board Meeting dated 25.01.2025 Declared 2nd Interim Dividend for FY 2024-25 @ 225% (Rs. 4.5/-) per Equity Share of Face Value of Rs.2/- each, payable to the Shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members on the RECORD DATE i.e. Thursday, the 30th January, 2025, which has been decided in due consultation with the Stock Exchanges.

Declared Interim Dividend for FY 2024-25 @175% (Rs. 3.50/-) per Equity Share of Face Value of Rs. 2/- each, payable to the Shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members on the RECORD DATE i.e. - Friday, the-THMovember,-2024, which has been decided in due consultation with-the Stock Exchanges. The payment of dividend/dispatch of warrants will be completed within 30 days of declaration of Interim Dividend i.e. on or before 22nd October; 2024.
