- To establish the presence in global market, the Company opened the Latur office in 2021, and in 2022, it opened the Pune office for commercial use
- Company has acquired a subsidiary Company 'Telge Projects Inc' in Virginia, United States of America from the Promoter to engage with foreign clients and expand the worldwide business in 2023
- The Company is planning a fresh issue initial public offer of 25,94,400 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each
