Currently Company has 1 manufacturing unit with aggregate 43,632 spindles having the production capacity of 30 MTs per day at Mouza-Nayakund in Maharashtra
Suryaamba Spinning Mills Limited was incorporated on May 5, 2007 and acquired the running Yarn Spinning Mills situated at Nayakund, in Nagpur District of Maharashtra from the Company through a Scheme of Arrangement for Demerger effective from 15 March, 2008
The Company is anchored by Mr Virender Kumar Agarwal and family members, who have been in the textile business for over a period of time prior to incepting Suryaamba
Started in 1993, the Company is a leading manufacturer of speciality synthetic spun yards
The core competitive strength of the Company is to produce 14400 mt
tones per annum of quality yarns
It is presently exporting to the markets in USA, Mexico, Italy, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Belgium, Turkey, Egypt, Morocco, Nigeria, Poland, Canada, Peru, Columbia, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Bangladesh, Pakistan, South Africa
It has a product portfolio in Fancy, Synthetic Yarns in Grey, Dyed and Melange Single and Multi Fold, Suiting, Knitwear, Chenille Fabrics, Sewing Threads, Sweater Knitting and Shawls Rexine

Suryaamba Spinning Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 16, 2022, inter alia, has recommended payment of final dividend of Rs. 1/- (Rupees one only) per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees ten) each for the financial year ended on March 31, 2022, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM). 15th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Saturday, July 09, 2022 at 12:00 noon through s VC/OAVM to transact the businesses as set out in the Notice of the meeting. Pursuant to Reg 42 of the Listing Regulations and Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 we inform you that the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Suryaamba Spinning Mills Limited shall remain closed as follows: Book Closure Date (both days inclusive) From Sunday, July 03, 2022 to Saturday, July 09, 2022 & Record Date for Dividend Purpose-Saturday, July 02, 2022Further, Pursuant to the provisions of Sec 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 (as amended), the Company has fixed Saturday, July 02, 2022 as the Cut-Off date to ascertain the eligibility of the Members of the Company entitled to vote electronically on the resolutions mentioned in the AGM Notice, as per the procedure and other details mentioned in the AGM Notice.
