  • Excel Crop Care Limited, a subsidiary of Sumitomo Chemical Company, Limited, Japan, the Company's Holding Company was amalgamated with the Company on April 1, 2018 and the Scheme of Amalgamation was made effective on 31 August, 2019
  • In terms of the said Scheme, entire business and the undertaking of Excel Crop Care Limited was transferred in the Company effective April 1, 2018
  • Accordingly, the Company has issued and allotted its 224,557,641 shares of Rs 10 each as fully paid up to the other shareholders of Excel Crop Care Limited
