Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. February 23, 2026 have, inter alia, approved the following business: recommend dividend of Rs. 12 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each {i.e. 120%) for t he financial year ended December 31, 2025, and t he same will be paid to the eligible members on or before its due date, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting {'AGM'). Declaration of Interim dividend of Rs. 115 per equity share of the Company Outcome of Board Meeting Board decided to retained earnings for its business and do not recommend any final dividend for FY2024. Board further recommends to the shareholders for consideration of interim dividend of Rs. 115/- paid on June 5, 2024 as final dividend for the financial year ended December 31, 2024 at the ensuing AGM. Recommended final dividend of Rs. 17 per equity shares of the Company for the FY2023 subject to approval of members of the Company at ensuing AGM. Inter alia, recommended final dividend of Rs. 17 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. 170%) for the financial year ended December 31, 2023, and the same wil l be paid to the eligible members on or before its due date, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM') Book Closure For AGM And Dividend Register of members and share transfer books of the company will remain closed from April 9, 2024 to April 25, 2024 (both days inclusive). Pursuant to regulation 30, 33 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on today i.e. August 10, 2023 have, inter alia, approved the followings: Declaration of one-time special dividend (interim dividend) of Rs. 157 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. 1570 %) for the financial year 2023 on the occasion of 50th anniversary of the Company. Such dividend will be paid to the eligible members who hold the shares on the record date i.e. August 21, 2023 and the payment will be made on or before its due date;

Board recommended dividend of Rs. 47 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. 470 %) for the financial year ended December 31, 2022, and the same will be paid to the eligible members on or before its due date, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
