Board of Directors today approved the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31.03.2025 Recommended a final dividend @ 10% on Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each i.e. 50 paise per Equity Share for the Financial Year 2024-25. In compliance of SEBI (LODR), Regulations, 2015 the Board of Directors of the Company have decided to close the Register of Members and other Transfer books of the Company with a view to enable the Company to make payment of Final Dividend @10% or Rs. 0.50 per Equity Share (if decided by the members in their forthcoming AGM) for the Financial year 2024-25. The aforesaid register will remain close from Sunday, September 21, 2025 to Saturday, September 27, 2025 (both days inclusive) (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 12/08/2025)
