- The Company acquired a piece of land at Ambattur Taluk, in the district of Thiruvallur in Tamil Nadu for setting up a food grain processing unit in November, 2011
- The Company issued and allotted 57,95,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each by raising Rs 5
- 7 Crore via its initial public offering in October 2012
