- In 2015, the Company entered in International phase by acquiring operating rights of L'Occitane Spa in USA, Middle East and Sri Lanka; it established Wholly Owned Subsidiary in USA
- In 2016, the Company established Wholly Owned Subsidiary in Sri Lanka
