We hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of Sadhana Nitro Chem Limited at their meeting held today, i.e., Wednesday, May 24, 2023 , Inter alia transacted the following business: Approved and taken on record the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company, for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2023, Considered and recommended a final dividend @ 15% i.e., Rs. 0.15 per equity share of face value of Rs.1/- each for the financial year 2022-23, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Tuesday, September 19, 2023 as the 'Record Date' for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of payment of dividend subject to tax deducted at source, approved by the Members at the AGM. (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 04/09/2023)
