Record date for the purpose of payment of Final Dividend for the year 2025-26 has been fixed as August 28, 2026. Hence, dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing AGM, will be paid to those members whose name appear in the register of members/ beneficial owners as on August 28, 2026. The date of payment of dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be paid to shareholders on or after September 26, 2026.
