  • Presently, the Company engaged in the business activities like Cultivation, Manufacture and Sale of Bulk Tea
  • The Company owned 7 Tea Estates all located in Assam and Engineering and Manufacturing in Aerospace and Defense Services
  • Rossell India Limited was incorporated on June 1, 1994 with the name Rossell Tea Limited
  • On July 1, 1994, the Company took over the Dikom, Nokhroy and Borahi Tea Estates, all located in the State of Assam, from Rossell Industries Limited, the Successor Company of Jokai India Limited
  • After corporate restructuring, Borahi T
  • was demerged and transferred to another company, namely Jyoti Holding Private Limited
  • The business of cultivation, manufacture and sale of tea is known as Rossell Tea Division of the company, as the company diversified into Aviation Industry and created a new division, Aerotech Services Division, which became fully operational from April 1 2006
  • The company also created another division namely Vankesh Avionics Technologies Division from October1, 2008

Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e. 27th May, 2023, inter alia, considered and approved the followings: Recommendation Dividend for the financial year 2022-2023: Please be advised further that the Board of Directors has also recommended Dividend of Re.0.40 per fully paid-up Equity Share of Rs.2I - each of the Company (I.e. 20 % on the paid up Share Capital) for the Financial Year ended 31 st March, 2023, subject to declaration of the same by the Shareholders at the 29th Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on 3,d August, 2023.
