- The Company commenced its operations of first unit at Narol district of Ahmedabad in 2013
- At present, Company is engaged in manufacturing of rotary nickel screens, which are used in rotary screen-printing machines, primarily by the textile manufacturers for continuous printing on fabrics
- Rotary nickel screens are cylindrical, perforated metal screens that act as stencils in rotary screen-printing machines, through which printing paste is applied to imprint patterns and designs on fabrics
- In 2025, Company has supplied the rotary nickel screens to over 200+ customers across India
- In addition to manufacturing of rotary nickel screens, it also engaged in the trading of nickel cathodes, which are primarily used as a key raw material in the production process of nickel screens
- In addition to manufacturing facilities in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, Company operate a godown at Surat, Gujarat and a sales depot at Panipat, Haryana
- These facilities function as stocking and distribution points in important textile hubs, to support timely deliveries, manage logistics efficiently and provide customers with easier access to products
- The Company is planning a fresh issue initial public offering of 29,20,000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs
