- During the year 2018, the Company got approval of Members in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on 12th January 2017 vide notice of EGM approved on the Board Meeting dated December 15, 2016 and as per listed Public Limited NBFC, Company got approval on October 18, 2017
- Thereafter, Company has done allotment of 17,00,000 equity shares of Rs
- 10/- on the Board Meeting held on December 11, 2017 and filed the Form PAS-3 to the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana, dated December 26, 2017
- During the year 2019, the Company got approval of Members in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on 12th March 2019 vide notice of EGM approved on the Board Meeting dated 11th February 2019 for issue of 7,00,000 Bonus Shares in the proportion of 1 New fully paid up Equity Share for every 4 existing fully paid-up Equity Shares of the Company
