This is to inform that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today, have inter alia, approved: (i) the audited financial results along with the Independent Auditor''s Report and a declaration in respect of unmodified opinion on the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2024. (ii) convening of the 19th AGM to be held on July 22, 2024 (Monday). (iii) the cut-off date for the purposes of determining eligible shareholders for e-voting shall be July 15, 2024 (Monday). (iv) recommended a dividend of Rs.30/- per equity share at the ensuing 19th AGM. Payment date - July 31, 2024. Rane Brake Lining Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 18, 2022, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 20/- per equity share on 77,29,871 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up, for the financial year 2021-22, subject to approval of members at the ensuing 17th AGM of the Company. The dividend, if declared by the shareholders will be paid/dispatched on July 07, 2022 to the eligible shareholders.

This is to inform that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on May 17, 2021 (today), recommended a final dividend of Rs 25 /- per equity share on 77,29,871 equity shares of Rs.10/- each fully paid up, for the financial year 2020-21 which is subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Sixteenth Annual General Meeting of the company scheduled to be held on, July 26, 2021 (AGM 2021) and the same shall be payable to all eligible shareholders whose name appear in the register of members of the Company as on July 19, 2021 (Monday) (Record Date fixed for this purpose) The dividend, if declared by the shareholders will be paid / dispatched on August 04, 2021 (Wednesday) to the eligible shareholders.
