On the fully paid Equity Share of Rs. 1/- each, Final Dividend 55 % i.e. Rs. 0.55/- was declared, payable to the members within 30 days of approval in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Record date is Friday, 31st July, 2026 for the payment of final dividend of Rs. 0.55 (55%) on equity share of Rs. 1/- each for the financial year 2025-26. The payment of the said final dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the AGM, will be made on or before Wednesday, September 09, 2026. (As per BSE announcement dated on : 10.07.2026)

Meeting of the Board of Directors held today i.e. 14th February, 2026 at Mumbai. The Board considered and unanimously approved: Second Interim Dividend @ 35 % i.e. Rs. 0.35/- was declared on the fully paid Equity Share of Rs. 1/- each, payable to the members within 30 days from the date declaration. Thursday, 19th February, 2026 is fixed as a Record Date for the purpose of payment of Second Interim Dividend.
