Final Dividend (₹2)
Recommended the payment of Final Dividend of 100% @ Rs. 5/- per share, for the Financial Year 2025-26. The Board of Directors in their meeting held on May 26, 2026, recommended a dividend on equity shares at the rate of 100% (i.e. Rs. 5 per equity share of Rs. 5 each), which is before proportionately adjusting the number of equity shares on account of sub-division of equity shares from Rs. 5/- each to Rs. 2/- each pursuant to ordinary resolution passed on July 02 , 2026, through Postal Ballot. Consequent upon the sub-division of the equity shares, the Board of Directors, while approving the Notice of the Annual General Meeting at its meeting held on August 4, 2026, modified the dividend amount to 2 per equity share, corresponding to the revised face value of 2 per equity share. Accordingly, the rate of dividend continues to remain at 100% of the face value of the equity shares, while the absolute dividend per share stands revised from Rs. 5 to Rs. 2 pursuant to the sub-division. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 28.08.2026)
