With reference to above captioned subject matter and pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today, on Saturday the 4th February, 2023 which started at 1.15 p.m. and concluded at 2.30 p.m., through video conferencing, transacted the following businesses: Declared an Interim Dividend of 20% of Paid up share Capital i.e. Re.2/- per share for the Financial year 2022-2023.
