Recommended a dividend of ? 0.50 (50%) per equity share of ? 1/- each for the year ended March 31, 2025, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company which shall be paid/dispatched to the shareholders within 30 days of declaration. This is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, i.e., on May 1,2024, which commenced at 12.30 p.m. and concluded at 1:45 p.m Recommended a final dividend of ?1.50 (150%) per equity share of ? 1/- each for the year ended March 31, 2024, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company which shall be paid/dispatched to the shareholders within 30 days of declaration. Further, the Company had declared an interim dividend of ?0.75 (75%) per equity share during the previous quarter of the financial year 2023-24, totaling the dividend amount to ?2.25 (225%) per equity share of ? 1/- each for the financial year 2023-24.

Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, i.e., on February 5, 2024, which commenced at 12.30 p.m. and concluded at 1:40 p.m., inter alia, considered and approved the following: The payment of Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.75/- (75%) per equity share of face value of Re. 1/-each for the financial year 2023-24 and fixed Friday, February 16, 2024, as the 'Record Date' for determining the shareholders who will be entitled to the said Dividend. The Interim Dividend will be paid to the entitled shareholders within 30 days from the date of declaration;

Pursuant to Reg 30 the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 28-04-2023, inter-alia, considered &: 1. Approved Audited Financial Results for the Q4 & FY23. The said results alongwith Audit Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon is submitted. We confirm that the Statutory Auditors have issued Audit Report with unmodified opinion on aforesaid Audited Financial Results. 2. Recommended final dividend of Rs. 1/- (100%) per equity share for FY23, subject to the approval of shareholders at ensuing AGM. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, 26th July, 2023 to Tuesday, August 1, 2023, both days inclusive, for AGM and for determining the entitlement of the Members to the final dividend for 2022-23, if declared at the AGM to be held on Tuesday, 1st day of August, 2023 at 3:30 P.M. IST through Video Conferencing ('VC')/Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM'). (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 28.06.2023)

The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, i.e., on January 31, 2023, have considered and declared the Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.50/- (50%) per equity share of face value of Re. 1 each for the financial year 2022-23 and fixed Friday, February 10, 2023 as the ''Record Date'' for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend. The said Interim Dividend shall be paid within a period of 30 days from the date of declaration to those shareholders of the Company whose names appear in the records of the Company, as on the said Record Date.
