Recommendation of Final Dividend of 2.50% (i.e. Rs.0.25 per equity share) for the Financial Year 2025-26, subject to C&AG Audit and approval of Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The details of closure of Register of Members and Share Transfer Books/Record date and date on which the said Final dividend shall be paid/dispatched will be intimated in due course after fixing the date of Annual General Meeting.

NLC India Limited has informed the Exchange that Board of Directors at its meeting held on January 12, 2026, declared Interim Dividend of Rs. 3.6 per equity share NLC India Limited has informed the Exchange that Record date for the purpose of Dividend is 16-Jan-2026. The Board Recommendation of Final Dividend of 15.00% (i.e. Rs.1.50 per equity share) for the Financial Year 2024-25, subject to C&AG Audit and approval of Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Declaration of Interim Dividend of 15% (i.e. Rs.1.50 per equity share) on the face value of paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for the Financial Year 2024-25. Fixation of 07th February, 2025 as the Record Date for the purpose of ascertaining the members entitled for Interim Dividend for the FY 2024-25.
