NLC India Limited has informed the Exchange that Board of Directors at its meeting held on January 12, 2026, declared Interim Dividend of Rs. 3.6 per equity share NLC India Limited has informed the Exchange that Record date for the purpose of Dividend is 16-Jan-2026. In continuation to the reference cited above, pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we write to inform that due to declaration of trading holiday by the stock exchanges (National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Ltd.) on January 15, 2026, the Company has modified the Record Date fixed for the purpose of ascertaining the members entitled for Interim Dividend for the FY 2025-26., to Tuesday, January 20, 2026. It is further informed that the said interim dividend will be paid to eligible shareholders as per the statutory timelines. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on:13.01.2026)
