- In 2019-20, the Company also incorporated a new Subsidiary Company i
- Mohini Hygiene Care Products Private Limited on June 15, 2020, holding 51% investment in it
- In 2023, the Company expanded the business horizons in both internal and external market with the main object to manufacture diapers, sanitary napkins and other related hygiene products
